You can have replacement and return of products following below terms and conditions:

1. If customer receives any defective product (Torn, Damaged, Page Missing, Priming Error, Print Blare, Cover Torn) then customer will get replacement of that particular product.

2. Customer must make video while open the package.

3. Customer shall have happy return in terms have to happy return request must send on E-mail to House of Words@gmail.com or phone call on 01764855860 within 48 hours

4. After receiving product must issue a complain on E-mail to House of Words@gmail.com or phone call on 01764855860 within 48 hours.

5. While replacement product receives the customer that time have to return torn one

6. Customer shall not pay any delivery and return charge for the replacement if product found torn

7. If customer willingly want to replace any books within 48 hours then have to pay delivery charge and return charge which fixed by House of Words

8. In terms of happy return customer shall pay return charge (at actusl generated by courier agencies).

9. All returns and replacement will take place within 15 days from the date of issuing complain/requist by customer.

Note: As per customers' complain our Return and Refund team members will contact to concern customers, in this circumstance customer's have to be active on contact number or E-mail and if complain issued customer doesn't respond, then after 15 days we will consider that complain is solved.
