After receiving the product by customer, in case of product problems (such as: product broken, torn, wrong size, product not functional, product does not match the picture, etc.) you can get a full refund of the purchased product subject to the following conditions:
- You have to mail to House of Words@gmail.com or contact us on cell number 01764855860 within maximum 48 hours after receipt of delivery.
- In case of refund, the product must be in complete undamaged condition with the box.
- If any of your products are going to Post office, Sundarban, SA Paribhan or other similar courier agencies, then the product must be sent back to the House of words’ office (Bulbul's Dream, 336 1st floor, South Gawair, Ashkona, Uttara, Dhaka - 1230) at your own risk within 7 working days at your own risk.
- Redex, Pathao, paperfly or other e-commerce based delivery companies that have a product exchange policy will refund the previous product at the time of exchange.
- If for any reason the price of the product is written on the product and the price of House of word is higher than that, in case of excess price, you should register a complaint within 48 hours by mail to House of Words@gmail.com, or house of words help line. Call on 01764855860 to inform, if your complaint is upheld then the excess amount paid by you will be refunded through bKash or other similar mode within 10 working days.
- In case of advance (development or rocket or bKash or nagad or other similar payment mode) payment, if the product is not in stock or if the buyer is not willing to take it, the order will be canceled and the refund will be made to the number from which the advance payment was made
N:B: Our complaints team will call you for any complaints related to products and services. For this we would like to keep you active on the phone until your complaint is resolved. If the number given in your contact is not active, an alternate number must be active. For refund you need to tell us the method of refund. If we do not receive any kind of cooperation from you by phone or email within 15 working days, we will consider your complaint as closed.
Note: House of Words reserves the right to cancel your order at any time due to unavoidable reasons even after order confirmation. In this case, if the advance price is paid, the necessary information for the refund (bkash No./nagad No./Rocket No./Card No. etc.) and if you do not accept it after giving the courier for the delivery of the product, maximum 7 working days after the return of the product from the said courier to House of Words in the case of bKash and online card. In this case, the money will be returned within 10 working days.
